Les Heath has been the Senior Pastor at Alameda Hills since October of 2003.  Before coming to Alameda Hills, he was the Young Adults Pastor at Bear Valley Church.

Les was born and raised in Southern California, before moving to Colorado in 1984.  He has a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, and a Masters of Divinity from Denver Seminary.  He has been actively involved in ministry of various forms since 1985.

Married since 1991, his wife Christy works as an Occupational Therapist.  When not involved with the church, they enjoy outdoor activities, sports, and flying.
